1. Entertainment & Informational Use Only
PROPIX is a collectible card game built around sports statistics. All content — including player prop lines, hit rates, confidence scores, and research data — is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. None of this information constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to wager real money on any outcome.
Propix does not operate a sportsbook. No real money is wagered on this platform. "Locks," "hits," and "misses" refer exclusively to in-game mechanics and have no monetary value.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 17 years of age to create an account or use PROPIX. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. PROPIX reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
3. Data Accuracy
Statistical data, odds, injury information, and lineup data displayed on PROPIX are sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time conditions. PROPIX does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown on the platform. All statistics and research are provided "as is" for educational and entertainment use only.
4. Trade Permanence
Card trades within PROPIX are final and permanent. Once a card has been traded, it cannot be returned to its original owner under any circumstances. By initiating or accepting a trade, you acknowledge and accept this condition. PROPIX is not responsible for trades completed in error.
5. Mystery System & Pack Odds
PROPIX uses a mystery rarity system for card packs. Published pack odds represent the probability of pulling each rarity tier over many openings, but individual results will vary. Rare cards (Problem, Nuke) are not guaranteed. Pack odds are fixed and publicly disclosed on the Packs page of the application.
In-game fragments, XP, and progression are virtual items with no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on PROPIX — including but not limited to the PROPIX name, logo, card designs, rarity system, path system, and all associated visual elements — is the intellectual property of PROPIX. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or use of any PROPIX intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Player names, team names, and league names used on this platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and entertainment purposes only.
7. Prohibited Jurisdictions
PROPIX is not available in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing PROPIX complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. PROPIX makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. PROPIX is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another user.
9. Service Availability
PROPIX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. PROPIX is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or discontinuation.
10. Changes to These Terms
PROPIX reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
